PeopleBlue is hiring a Legal Support Representative in Colombia for a remote role serving US-based clients. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS, log updates, and proactively follow up throughout the client’s legal journey.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, multitasking, and judgment to escalate when needed. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, handling calls, updating records in INSZoom or Docketwise, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service or receptionist experience, ideally with US-based companies.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping across systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client inquiries via phone, email, chat, SMS, and social media with a professional experience.
• Log and classify interactions; handle multiple calls simultaneously and progress cases.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate attorney or department.
