Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced English required for conversations with native speakers.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, call center, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow sales processes and scripts.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and dialing systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned customers (leads provided).
• Explain energy services clearly to customers.
• Follow retention and sales processes per the script.
• Document every interaction accurately in the CRM.
• Follow up until cases are complete.
• Offer additional services when appropriate.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership.
