Formación

• Advanced English level: strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
• Full time availability, 48 hours per week.
• Live in Cali, Palmira, Yumbo or Jamundí.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls.
• Provide accurate and timely responses via email and live chat.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and experience per client Quality Guidelines.
• Contribute to meeting service level and quality targets.
