Kaplan Languages Group (KLG) is seeking a dynamic regional recruitment support role to drive student recruitment from Latin America. The position focuses on administrative support, agent relationships, and managing bookings using Salesforce, in both Spanish and English.

You will collaborate with Account and Regional managers, meet KPIs, and develop knowledge of Kaplan International products. Requires 2–5 years experience, bilingual English, and a bachelor’s degree, with base in Bogotá area.

Formación

• 2–5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (C1).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in administrative processes, update policies and procedures, referrals, payments, database.
• Handle administrative requests from Account and Regional managers.
• Systematically managing agent bookings by phone and email in Spanish and English.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and our customer services team.
• Utilise Salesforce CRM and internal systems to manage bookings and referrals.
• Deal with challenges, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to line managers.
