Job summary

ScotiaGBS in Bogota, Colombia is seeking a Benefits & Leave Experience Consultant to administer benefit programs, support payroll processes, and resolve data issues. The role collaborates with vendor partners, HR services Total Rewards teams and the COE to ensure accurate benefits administration and compliance with SLAs.

Ideal candidates have a degree in HR or Business, basic English (B2), and 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR or business with 1–2 years of experience.
• English level B2.
• Knowledge of benefits administration policies and procedures.
• Attention to detail and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefit programs in alignment with standards and SLAs.
• Support escalated inquiries from vendor management and payroll processes.
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll and data issue resolution.
• Coordinate with benefits vendors and Total Rewards teams to complete tasks.
• Ensure benefit documents and data are filed and maintained.
