ScotiaGBS in Bogota, Colombia is seeking an Experience Coach for Global HR Operations. You will support Consultants, Advisors and Specialists across HR Services, Data Management, Benefits and Onboarding, delivering accurate responses and coaching to ensure efficient, compliant HR service delivery globally.

The role involves monthly shadowing sessions, development of training materials, and proactive escalation handling to resolve complex inquiries.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong people leadership including mentoring and training.
• Deep understanding of global HR policies, procedures and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Support Consultants, Advisors and Specialists across Global HR Operations.
• Deliver training materials and shadowing sessions highlighting best practices.
• Provide escalated inquiry support for complex HR inquiries and guide end-users in self-service tools.
• Monitor inquiries trends and share insights with senior managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to regional SLAs across geographies.
