Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead outbound efforts and drive advertising/marketing solutions for Bogotá-based clients. You will own the sales process from prospecting to closing, building client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B sales management, experience in ad sales, and English proficiency at B2+ level. On-site in Bogotá with a global business environment offers a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a B2B Sales Manager / OM Sales B2B Manager or closely related commercial role
• At least 6 months of experience in Ads Sales Marketing / advertising sales
• Proven experience with outbound B2B sales
• Experience managing the sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• English proficiency of B2+ or higher
• Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Ability to work on-site in Bogotá, Colombia

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies aligned with revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the advertising and marketing sector
• Conduct outbound prospecting and engage potential business customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Negotiate effectively and move opportunities toward successful close
