Oceans Code Experts is seeking a Senior M365 Governance Engineer to lead governance, compliance, and digital workplace initiatives. The role demands 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and related security controls.

You will partner with Legal, Risk, and Engineering to translate governance requirements into actionable policies and tooling. The ideal candidate brings strong ownership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering compliant solutions across Exchange

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years in M365 governance, compliance, or digital workplace roles.
• Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., M365 Compliance Administrator).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Experience with AvePoint or similar governance/backup tools.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong ownership and risk-based decision-making.
• Excellent communication to convey governance requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
