Oceans Code Experts in Colombia seeks a Senior Associate in Content Management to optimize knowledge and content across global professional services teams. You will manage intranet portals, drive taxonomy, analytics, and workflow automation to boost usability and collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience, including 3–5 in knowledge management, and strong MS 365 skills (SharePoint, CoPilot, Teams, Viva Engage). Offshore collaboration experience is a plus.

Formación

• 8-10 years of professional experience with 3-5 years in knowledge management.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, CoPilot, Teams, and Viva Engage.
• Experience with offshore teams is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in knowledge management.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge management methodologies to enhance content management processes.
• Manage intranet/portal management, website usability, and subscription management.
• Implement collaboration tools to facilitate team communication and efficiency.
• Oversee content and document management systems for optimal organization and accessibility.
• Utilize search engines, taxonomy/metadata, and metrics reporting/analytics effectively.
• Implement workflow and process automation applications to streamline operations.
• Utilize AI agents to enhance knowledge sharing and management.

Job Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience with 3-5 years in knowledge management.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.

• Prior consulting experience in the advisory/consulting space is preferred.
• Experience working with and managing offshore teams is a plus.
• Strong understanding of content management and collaboration tools.

• Experience with metrics reporting/analytics and AI agents.
