Formación

• 8-10 years of professional experience in related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism, or Communications.
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in knowledge management in a global professional services organization.
• Consulting experience in the advisory/consulting space is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, CoPilot, Teams, Viva Engage).
• Experience with managing offshore teams.

Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Senior Associate in Content Management to join our team. This role involves managing website usability, collaboration tools, content and document management, search engines, taxonomy/metadata, metrics reporting/analytics, workflow and process automation applications, and AI agents. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in knowledge management, preferably in a global professional services organization.
