Oceans Code Experts is seeking an Ax-01 Program Management Lead to oversee IT project and program management, and to lead Project Managers within a formal PMO.

You will deliver programs in regulated, enterprise IT environments, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and ensure governance and financial controls.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10–12+ years of progressively senior IT project/program management experience.
• Experience leading PMOs and senior stakeholders in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience managing Project Managers within a formal PMO structure.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Advanced risk, dependency, and decision management capabilities.
• Experience with PMO and ITSM tooling (ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
