Oceans Code Experts in Colombia seeks an Ax-05 Project Manager with Oracle Platforms to lead enterprise IT initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget. You will manage end-to-end projects, apply formal PMO governance, coordinate with vendors and distributed teams, and provide executive‑level reporting using ServiceNow PPM, Jira or Azure DevOps.

• 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk effectively.
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills.
• Proficiency in using PMO and ITSM tools like ServiceNow PPM, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with vendors and distributed delivery teams.

Responsabilidades
