Auxis LLC in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Project Manager for IT Operations to drive technology initiatives through the PMO service catalog, ensuring disciplined demand execution, delivery, and governance aligned to portfolio priorities.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, Platform Owners, ITSM, and business stakeholders to deliver data and analytics initiatives, manage budgets, risks, and cross‑functional delivery teams to achieve predictable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of enterprise IT project management experience.
• Experience operating within formal PMO governance and delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones and dependency tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including GDC resources and vendors.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and delivery variance.
• Provide standardized PMO reporting (status, milestones, financials, KPIs).
• Ensure governance, change readiness, and post-deployment stabilization.

Job Summary

The Project Manager within IT Operations is responsible for delivering technology initiatives through the standardized PMO service catalog, ensuring disciplined demand execution, project delivery, financial oversight, risk management, and governance. The role supports enterprise platforms and partners with Product, Architecture, Platform Owners, ITSM, and business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery outcomes aligned to portfolio priorities.

Responsibilities

Platform / Domain Scope

• Enterprise Data Platforms, Analytics, BI, Reporting, Data Integration, and Data Governance
• Additional Focus (PMO Service Execution Context)
• Deliver data and analytics initiatives through PMO demand, delivery, and reporting services
• Manage programs involving data platforms, pipelines, analytics tools, and reporting solutions
• Coordinate across data engineering, analytics, business stakeholders, and platform owners
• Support delivery of dashboards, reporting, data products, and data enablement initiatives
• Manage dependencies across source systems, data quality, and integration points
• Ensure governance, change, and operational readiness are addressed as part of delivery
• Provide consistent PMO reporting for initiatives with iterative or evolving scope

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering data, analytics, or reporting initiatives
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, BI tools, or analytics ecosystems
• Experience managing iterative delivery aligned to business consumption

Demand Intake & Initiation

• Execute approved demand following PMO intake, prioritization, and funding workflows
• Validate scope, objectives, dependencies, delivery model, and success criteria
• Ensure alignment to platform roadmaps and portfolio priorities

Project & Delivery Management

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependency tracking
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams, including GDC resources and vendors

Financial & Resource Management

• Manage budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and delivery variance
• Coordinate resource plans within established capacity and demand constraints
• Support capitalization, forecasting, and financial governance processes

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross‑initiative dependencies
• Drive mitigation plans and elevate decision points as required
• Maintain transparent RAID reporting aligned to PMO standards

Governance, Reporting & Controls

• Produce standardized PMO reporting (status, milestones, financials, KPIs)
• Support stage gates, portfolio reviews, and governance forums
• Ensure adherence to PMO delivery standards and auditability requirements

Change & Operational Readiness

• Coordinate with Change Enablement and Release Management
• Ensure testing, cutover, communications, and readiness activities are planned and executed
• Support post‑deployment stabilization and transition to operations

Skills and Experience

Skills

• English level B2+
• Strong enterprise project management and PMO delivery expertise
• Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Familiarity with PMO and ITSM tooling (ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Experience working with vendors and distributed / GDC delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive‑level reporting skills.

Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment
• Experience operating within formal PMO governance and delivery models
