A specialized aviation company in Colombia is seeking a Commercial Analyst to support contractual control and ensure accurate billing procedures. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in commercial analysis or related fields, with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in English. This role focuses on analytical tasks, collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure proper invoicing aligned with contracts. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in commercial analysis, contracts, billing, or cost control.
• Experience in aviation, MRO or technical service industries is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and analyze contracts, prepare reports and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and apply contractual terms and commercial conditions.
• Validate service hours and material consumption according to contracts.
• Review and control additional charges not included in fixed agreements.
• Consolidate supporting documentation for invoicing and collection processes.
• Analyze deviations between actual vs. quoted values and report findings.
• Prepare reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance and Commercial areas to resolve discrepancies.
