Publicis Global Delivery seeks an Operations Director to define and own the unit's operating model, partnering with the technology team to implement automation and AI. You will lead a large distributed team, drive workflow standardization, and establish governance to deliver high throughput and quality.

You will champion continuous improvement, identify bottlenecks, and guide change management across functions to ensure scalable, repeatable processes and measurable results.

• Experience leading operational functions and transformation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Stand up the operating model for a large distributed unit.
• Lead onboarding of ~150 team members to a new workflow platform.
• Define and configure 50+ delivery workflows with standardization.
• Establish governance and ways of working for disciplined production.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives with technology teams.
• Embed a culture of measurement and continuous improvement.
