DHL Global Forwarding in Bogotá is seeking an Associate (CDZ) to support US import clearance operations by preparing ISF entries and validating shipment documents across platforms.

You will verify data, enter exception codes for late ISF filings, and continuously improve processes while collaborating with CAE and MLI offices to ensure timely CBP transmission and avoid penalties.

Formación

• Relevant degree or student in industrial engineering or related fields.
• Proficient in English (B2) and Spanish.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Office.

Title: Associate (CDZ)

Location: GSC BOG

Support customs Operation offices for both CAE and MLI stations in the United States through the creation of files or the respective Update and Validation of the information its OFR Imports in Kewill ISF system using either documents shipment at EDM/IBM platforms, Logis/CW1 and Customs Management (CM) and platforms to validate the information, this in order to send such information one CBP for transmission avoiding late filing and penalty fees.

Key Responsibilities

• Check documents and verify if the information is correct to fill ISF for US OFRI.
• Enter exception Codes when there is a late ISF filling.
• Fill ISF for US OFRI.
• Continuous improvement of process to avoid errors (QMs) working together as a team.
• Support transition activities and provide operational excellence for CAE & MLI offices.

• Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English (B2) and Spanish.
• Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
