Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, along with proficiency in MS Office tools, are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Understand documentation requirements and execute jobs per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure SLAs and Key Performance Indicators are met.
• Deliver high-quality service through timely service completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement improvements.
• Flag operational challenges to supervisors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for communication flow.

Location: GSC BOG

Title: Associate - Road Freight

Delivering top-quality service within the Road Freight (RFR) Service line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries. The role will involve training to efficiently carry out various activities, including order entry manual, managing proof of delivery, loading/unloading, import order management, handling and managing export order management.

Key Responsibilities

• To understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
• Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.
• Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
• Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service.
