Vintti is seeking a hands-on Accounts Receivable Manager to own AR and collections at a fast-growing company. You will lead a 7-person team in Mexico, while also performing transactional QuickBooks work yourself to keep cash flowing.

You’ll track past-due accounts, drive a steady follow-up rhythm, and make decisions without heavy escalation. This player-coach role requires independence and strong English communication.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable/Collections with supervisory experience.
• Hands-on QuickBooks work daily, not just review, with top-tier assessment score.
• Proven track record reducing DSO and improving collections results.
• Strong time management to lead a team while handling own tasks.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel.
• Independent decision-maker able to avoid escalations and solve issues.

Mansioni

• Own collections performance and cash flow; drive DSO down.
• Lead the collections team (7 people in Mexico); delegate and ensure delivery.
• Set and maintain the follow-up rhythm for past-due accounts.
• Perform transactional QuickBooks work: adjustments, memos, write-offs.
• Manage AR inbox and resolve escalations with clear messaging.
• Run weekly aging reports and translate into actions.
• Report AR status to leadership on a fixed schedule.
• Complete AR-to-Salesforce reconciliation monthly and improve it.
• Suggest improvements to collections processes and remove bottlenecks.
• Coordinate across Billing, Sales, Support, Leadership; protect accounting integrity.
• Pull data and build reports from QuickBooks and Upflow.
