SellCord is seeking a Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow its online presence, with a focus on LinkedIn. You will own day-to-day content creation and management across LinkedIn and other channels, translating ideas into finished content including copy, visuals, and videos.

The role requires hands-on, creative work, strong writing ability, and comfort with AI tools and modern content creation technology. Hybrid work in Bogotá/Barranquilla is offered.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong English writing and copywriting skills.
• Experience managing LinkedIn for a business audience.
• Understanding of social media content strategy.
• Ability to create content independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage SellCord's LinkedIn presence and day-to-day content.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Create and publish engaging LinkedIn posts, carousels, short-form content, and other social content.
• Research industry topics and trends to identify content opportunities.
• Increase engagement, visibility, and brand awareness on LinkedIn.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Support LinkedIn content for company leadership when needed.
• Develop content ideas based on SellCord's business and audience.
• Write compelling copy for posts, graphics, carousels, and videos.
• Create strong hooks, headlines, captions, and CTAs.
• Turn insights into engaging content and repurpose content across formats.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice.
• Create basic graphics and marketing assets.
• Create and edit short-form videos for LinkedIn and other channels.
• Use AI tools to improve speed and quality of content creation.
• Experiment with new formats and AI-powered tools.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
