Colgate-Palmolive is hiring a Sales Operations & Analytics Manager for the Andean region. You will drive commercial growth and operational excellence by leading digital transformation, governance, standardization, and automation across sales tools (SAP, DOMO, Sigma) and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities include pricing governance, fleet management, and audit compliance, with a focus on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Commercial/Financial ops with analytics or strategic support.
• Experience managing budgets and costs.
• Strong organizational skills to optimize processes.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Hands-on SAP experience (Sales/SD or FI-CO).
• Experience building data visuals with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Responsabilidades

• Administer regional platforms (SAP, DOMO, Call Value, TIMI, Sigma) and manage integrations (Neogrid).
• Track field productivity and sell-out trends; drive digital initiatives (EDGE/Commercial Fundamentals).
• Consolidate monthly/quarterly sales projections and budgets for tools and vendors.
• Maintain master data and ensure SOX compliance and ethics alignment.
• Standardize commercial policies, pricing workflows, and SPI compliance with Finance.
• Plan and budget the Annual Sales Convention; oversee fleet and vendor renewals.
• Support Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics with regional tech projects.
