Colgate-Palmolive in Colombia is seeking a Jr Brand Manager for the Andean region to drive brand activation and regional readiness across the product lifecycle. You will coordinate launches, ensure regulatory compliance, and support materials and activations within Colombia.

The role requires a marketing/CPG background, SAP/Nielsen/Kantar experience, and strong English; a hybrid work arrangement in Cali/region is offered with travel up to 10%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 months’ experience in Marketing or Sales in the FMGC/CPG industry.
• Experience with SAP, Nielsen or Kantar/Worldpanel; advanced English.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate launch timelines and tracking across the Andean region.
• Lead regulatory processes and manage cross-functional systems (MDGM, Veeva, BEAT, STIBO) for SKU creation, claims, and artwork.
• Support creation and on-time delivery of commercial launch materials, including POP, sales sheets, presentations, and product photography.
• Coordinate development, logistics, legal contracts, and supplier management for marketing activations in Colombia.
• Oversee and help administer the promotional budget for the assigned category in Colombia.
• Analyze brand, competitor, and new product performance to build diagnostic presentations for key commercial reviews.
