Job summary

Visa in Bogotá seeks an experienced Sales Account Executive to drive acceptance solutions across Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela. You will manage complex deals, build executive relationships, and lead end-to-end sales from qualification to onboarding.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in payments or fintech, strong consultative selling skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus; this role requires in-office presence in Colombia.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in payments, acquiring, fintech, eCommerce or tech
• Experience in consultative sales and complex deal cycles
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
• Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, revenue, and implementation targets in Andean region
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Visa Acceptance Solutions
• Manage end-to-end sales process including qualification and negotiation
• Develop account strategies and commercial proposals
• Maintain executive relationships and market knowledge
• Collaborate with product, finance, legal, client services, and regional teams
