Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) seeks a senior consultant to lead high-impact advisory projects in the Andean region. You will manage client engagements with issuers, merchants, and fintechs, delivering strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.

The role requires extensive senior-level client interaction, a strong payments background, and bilingual English/Spanish communication in a global, collaborative environment. Office presence is expected in Bogotá, Colombia.

Competenze

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's or 8+ with a Master's/ MBA/ JD/ MD or 3+ with a PhD.
• Extensive client-facing experience with senior leadership.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish).
