Job summary

Slalom is expanding its Anaplan practice in LATAM and seeks an experienced consultant to translate business challenges into scalable Anaplan models. You will design, build, and optimize Anaplan solutions, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and help drive measurable outcomes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales domains.

You will bring 3+ years of Anaplan experience, advanced Excel skills, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset to this growing team in LATAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, MIS, or related field.
• 3+ years implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions including at least one Anaplan project.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, or implementing Anaplan models.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Experience with data integrations and Agile methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into elegant Anaplan multidimensional models.
• Design, build, and enhance Anaplan models for new implementations or expanded functionality.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Provide timely progress updates and maintain model documentation.
• Participate in data integration and migration activities and support UAT testing.
