Job summary

Slalom Build seeks a Marketo Consultant to help clients implement, optimize, and operate Marketo, aligning solutions with acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.

You will collaborate with marketing, technology, and analytics teams, design data flows, and enable client teams through documentation and training. Occasional travel may be required, with strong communication skills a must.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Marketo experience: implementation, optimization, management, operation.
• Experience creating campaigns, templates, and data management in Marketo.
• Experience with Marketo integrations (CRMs, webinar tools, data platforms).
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• 2–4 years in digital strategy, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience with other Adobe products (Journey Optimizer/Target) is a plus.
• Occasional travel as needed by client.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in implementing, optimizing, and operating Marketo.
• Identify client pain points and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, marketing tech, and data analytics.
• Facilitate workshops to understand use cases and design data flows.
• Design data flows and integrations across Marketo and related platforms.
• Align Marketo solutions with marketing objectives (acquisition, conversion, retention).
• Provide documentation, training, and enablement for long-term success.
