Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Planning System Model Owner to support FP&O teams and local markets. You will oversee Anaplan models, drive continuous improvement of financial planning solutions, and ensure timely, accurate data uploads across planning and reporting systems.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Finance or related fields, 3–5 years in a multinational environment, and fluent English. Experience with Anaplan and PowerBI is a plus, with a focus on governance and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor degree preferably in Finance and/or Technical fields.
3-5 years’ experience working in multinational environment preferably in Finance or Planning related areas.
Experience in planning solutions, with Anaplan and PowerBI being a plus.
Good understanding of planning processes and finance systems.
Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

Own and govern Market Anaplan models with regular governance and collaboration with key stakeholders.
Drive the delivery and continuous improvement of financial planning solutions.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and ensure accurate and timely data uploads into planning and reporting systems.
Support planning and forecasting cycles across multiple markets by validating information, identifying data gaps, and ensuring reporting accuracy.
