Formación

• 4+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering in a production environment.
• Expert-level Python and SQL skills.
• Strong proficiency with Snowflake, GitHub and VS Code.
• Thrives in a process-light environment that resembles a data science team more than traditional software engineering.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders during sprint planning.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver robust data features and pipelines within project teams for fast-paced business verticals like distribution.
• Translate complex business use cases into robust data models using dbt and SQL, integrating revenue and performance data.
• Build and maintain scalable pipelines using Snowflake, dbt Cloud, GitHub, VS Code; document in dbt catalogs.
• Leverage AI tools in the development workflow (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Snowflake Cortex, dbt wizard) within governance.
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to deliver consumption-ready data and ensure quality.
