Marsh Risk is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office. You will extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and ETL processes and build automation with Python, R, and Power Platform tools to support data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and business users, presenting findings in English and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or Mobile Application Development.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with Python, R, or another programming language.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement.
• Advanced English.

Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in a hybrid model, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This position focuses on data analysis and process automation to support business decision-making. The role involves extracting, cleaning, and transforming information using SQL and ETL processes, as well as developing automation solutions with Python, R, and Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. It also requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and business users, communicating findings in advanced English, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
