Marsh in Colombia is seeking a data analyst to join our hybrid team. You will extract, clean, and transform data using SQL/ETL, analyze and visualize information, and develop automation with Python, R, and Power Platform tools.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicate findings in advanced English, and support continuous improvement initiatives. A degree in Computer Systems Engineering or Mobile App Development and 2+ years' experience are preferred.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in a hybrid model, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This position focuses on data analysis and process automation to support business decision-making. The role involves extracting, cleaning, and transforming information using SQL and ETL processes, as well as developing automation solutions with Python, R, and Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. It also requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and business users, communicating findings in advanced English, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

We will count on you to:
