Propósito 1. Asegurar el sostenimiento y evolución permanente del sistema de calidad (70%) y seguridad salud en el trabajo (30%)

Funciones

• a. Realizar acompañamiento y retroalimentación a las personas relacionadas en los procesos de producción y Operaciones en como diligenciar formatos, toma de temperaturas, rotación y rotulación de productos.
• b. Apoyar en el buen desarrollo de sistema de Gestión de Inocuidad de Alimentos, buenas prácticas de manufactura y HACCP
• c. Apoyo en la Implementación y certificación de los sistemas de calidad
• d. Asegurar la correcta implementación de los programas prerrequisitos definidos.
• e. Realizar auditoría mensual de cada matriz
• f. Verificación de los registros de toma de temperaturas en cada una de las etapas del proceso de producción (recibo de materia prima, almacenamiento, elaboración, montaje y despacho)
• g. Revisión y archivo de los formatos del sistema de inocuidad.
• h. Realizar informe de validación resultados de inspecciones en planta
