Job summary

AGENCIA DE ADUANAS TIBA SAS NIVEL 1 is seeking an Export Operations Associate in Bogotá. You will manage documentary, operational and customs processes for exports, ensuring compliance with current regulations and deadlines to support efficient trade flows.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of export experience, can prepare SAE, Certificates of Origin, sworn statements, transfer forms, and inspection requests, and is proficient with office tools.

Qualifications

• Experience of at least 1 year in export processes.
• Documentary and compliance work including SAE, Certificates of Origin, sworn declarations, transfer sheets, and simultaneous inspection requests.
• Knowledge of customs and foreign-trade regulations; export processes by sea, air and land.
• Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas

Responsibilities

What will your functions be?

• Garantizar la correcta gestión documental, operativa y aduanera de los procesos de exportación, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente, los tiempos establecidos y los requisitos exigidos por las autoridades y clientes, contribuyendo al desarrollo eficiente de las operaciones de comercio exterior de la compañía.
• Experiencia Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en procesos de exportación
• Elaboración comprobable de: SAE. Certificados de Origen. Declaraciones Juramentadas. Planillas de Traslado. Solicitudes de Inspección Simultánea. Sistemas y plataformas relacionadas con comercio exterior.
• Conocimientos Técnicos Normatividad aduanera y de comercio exterior. Procesos de exportación marítima, aérea y terrestre.
• Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas
