Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, reviewing, and validating service orders, ensuring timely instructions to origin.
• Coordinate related services (land transport, OTMs, insurance), track shipments, and log data in the system.
• Help analyze information from agents and providers and keep the operational chain updated.

Apoyar la gestión y seguimiento de operaciones logísticas, mediante la revisión de órdenes de servicio, coordinación de servicios conexos, actualización de información en el sistema y seguimiento a la información suministrada por agentes y proveedores, garantizando el correcto flujo de la operación.

What will your functions be?

• Brindar apoyo en la recepción, revisión y validación de las órdenes de servicio (RO), contribuyendo al envío oportuno de instrucciones a origen de acuerdo con los lineamientos del Asesor de Servicio al Cliente.
• Apoyar la coordinación de servicios conexos (transporte terrestre, OTM y seguros), realizar seguimiento operativo de los embarques y garantizar el registro oportuno y preciso de la información en el sistema.
• Asimismo, apoyar el análisis de la información suministrada por agentes y proveedores, asegurando su correcta actualización dentro de la cadena operativa.
