Job summary

ScotiaGBS in Bogota, Colombia is seeking a Business Risk Management Associate to support the design and execution of AML/KYC testing within the GBM First Line. The role emphasizes risk assessment, issue management, and regulatory responsiveness across global programs.

You will collaborate with global teams, update scripts, and produce regular reports while maintaining strong control environments. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or equivalent.
• ACAMS certification preferred.
• Experience in control/audit in financial services or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support testing and QA reviews for GBM/AML controls.
• Prepare monthly statistics and reports for stakeholders.
• Perform risk-based testing of key GBM controls.
• Update testing scripts to align with policies and regs.
• Engage with stakeholders to address gaps and remediation actions.
• Contribute to training and development of GBM testing methodologies.
