ScotiaGBS in Bogota, Colombia, seeks an Assistant Manager, Product Management, Design & Solutions to support the Global AML Transformation program. You will coordinate with Technology, AML Risk, and Business Lines to drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery across multiple jurisdictions.

The role emphasizes shaping user-centered design, leveraging data techniques, and ensuring regulatory compliance while balancing delivery priorities and stakeholder expectations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, finance, or similar field.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder influence.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for Oracle platform and journeys assigned.
• Collaborate with technical teams to formulate solutions and design documentation.
• Understand product journeys and apply competitive insights to improve delivery.
• Guide UX design documentation and end-to-end product understanding.
• Support data queries, analytics, and production validation activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to meet regulatory and AML/ATF requirements.
• Partner with First/Second Line, Internal Audit, Technology, and Data Governance teams.
