Job summary

ScotiaGBS Colombia del grupo Scotiabank seeks a Global KYC Manager to lead testing and QA for AML/KYC programs in GBM lines, ensuring robust controls and timely remediation. You will prepare stakeholder reports and coordinate cross-functional teams to strengthen KYC and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in testing methodologies, risk assessment, and strong MS Office skills, with ACAMS preferred and English proficiency to collaborate with headquarters in Canadá.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in control and audit processes in financial services and/or consulting, AML/ KYC.
• ACAMS certified preferred.
• Experience with testing methodologies, risk and control analysis or quality assurance.
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with good communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support periodic testing and QA reviews for AML/KYC services within GBM lines.
• Test and assure critical components of AML and sanctions programs, focusing on KYC, Trade Finance, name screening, and escalation processes.
• Prepare monthly statistics and reports for stakeholders with testing results.
• Perform risk-based testing to evaluate effectiveness of GBM controls and processes per AML Testing Procedures.
• Review and update testing scripts to align with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with tested areas to identify weaknesses and plan remediation.
