ScotiaGBS in Bogota seeks a seasoned KYC/AML leader to drive compliance and client onboarding support. You will supervise a team of 8–12 analysts, oversee data-driven case management, and partner with senior management to ensure regulatory adherence and performance targets.

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in financial services and/ or KYC/AML/ATF.
• University degree in business, finance, law or other relevant field preferred.
• Experience with large corporates, FIs or Capital Markets Regulation (IIROC) and/or Dealer Member preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office with experience in data analytics, metrics and reporting.
• Written and verbal proficiency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and drives a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships.
• Support the Senior Manager, KYC in refreshing data and documentation for existing clients.
• Lead and mentor a KYC/AML team of 8 to 12 direct reports and monitor quality.
• Utilize data dashboards to manage case volumes, assign work and track progress.
• Provide regular feedback to analysts and ensure timely escalations when required.
