Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Supervisor, Americas Regional Fleet Lead, based in Bogotá, Colombia. The role oversees fleet operations, budgets, supplier performance, and regional governance to ensure service delivery and cost efficiency across the Americas.

The candidate will translate global fleet strategies into regional plans, manage supplier relationships, and drive improvements while collaborating with HR, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in fleet operations, procurement, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience managing regional fleet operations, budgets, service delivery, and supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a global matrixed organization.
• Strong financial, analytical, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate global fleet strategy into regional execution plans for the Americas.
• Oversee fleet performance, service delivery, budgets, and employee experience across the Americas.
• Manage vehicle lifecycle activities, driver support, onboarding/offboarding, maintenance, and incident administration.
• Coordinate regional suppliers, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and optimize cost efficiency and asset utilization.
• Provide clear performance updates, risks, and recommendations to Global Fleet Lead.
