Scale Up Recruiting Partners is hiring an Automation Specialist for a fully remote, full-time role. You will own automation infrastructure across lead management, CRM processes, reporting, and internal ops, designing, maintaining, and optimizing workflows.

You’ll work with leadership, build production-grade automations, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions using Zapier/Make, Salesforce, Python, and JavaScript. 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience required.

Formación

• 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience with Zapier or Make.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge: object relationships, field mapping, CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude) in live workflows.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, field mapping, and error handling.
• Excellent problem solving, debugging, and clear written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the automation ecosystem end-to-end: build, maintain and optimize workflows.
• Lead lead automation: intake, scoring, routing, enrichment, and CRM sync.
• Create automated reporting processes for daily, weekly, monthly metrics.
• Support internal operations: screening, calendar sync, credential management.
• Write, maintain and debug Python and JavaScript in automation platforms.
• Document workflows and automation logic for maintainability.
• Identify improvements and propose automation solutions to boost efficiency.
