Job summary

Clara Lending Co. is seeking an experienced website designer who will design and ship our website using an AI-first workflow. You will build pages, components, and a design system on our stack and integrate AI-powered tooling for rapid iteration and testing across LatAm markets.

The role requires hands-on crafting of live pages, strong portfolio results, and comfort with multi-agent workflows. This hybrid position blends office, client sites, and remote work within the Latin American region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and shipping websites or landing pages with measurable business impact.
• Strong portfolio of live sites or pages with conversion results.
• Experience using AI beyond individual prompting: multi-step or multi-agent workflows.
• Expert in Figma and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Clara's website on our own stack: templates, components, and a design system for rapid launches.
• Use AI tools to go from brief to live page and know when to take over and finish by hand.
• Build and operate agentic workflows for website delivery with parallel workstreams.
• Scout, pilot, and adopt new AI design/development tools to ship faster without lowering quality.
• Maintain quality across product-marketing surfaces and ensure cohesive experiences.
