Clara in Bogotá is seeking a hands-on Growth Design professional to shape our acquisition creative across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. You will craft ads, landing pages, and conversion flows using AI with strong craft and scalable systems.

Formación

• 2+ years in growth or performance design with measurable impact.
• Portfolio with ads, landing pages, or conversion-focused work.
• Active daily use of AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
• Strong prompts and hands-on ability to finish by hand when needed.
• Expert in Figma; component-based thinking.
• Data-driven with CTR, CVR, CAC tracking.
• Comfortable with experimentation and A/B tests.
• Ability to manage multiple markets/formats in parallel.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion flows with CRO.
• Use AI daily to produce assets quickly.
• Build scalable creative systems in Figma.
• Collaborate with Growth - Paid Media to iterate on learnings.
• Perform visual QA before launch.
