Ultimate Jet Vacations seeks a Technical Product Owner to lead the strategy and delivery of its e‑commerce platform, spanning B2B/B2C portals and API integrations. You will bridge users, business, and tech, shaping multi-quarter roadmaps and measuring adoption with data-driven insights.

You will sit at the crossroads of customers and partners, coaching teams, defining requirements, and driving AI-enabled workflows into production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least some e-commerce or marketplace experience.
• Hands‑on AI fluency: prototype with Lovable, Cursor, or Claude.
• Strong analytical skills: product analytics, funnels, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience designing API specs and working with booking or inventory APIs.
• Near‑native English proficiency.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or Linear and Figma.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for UJV's e-commerce platform (B2B, B2C, client, advisor, partner, and white-label portals, including API integrations).
• Act as the single point of product ownership for engineering, operations, and leadership.
• Lock requirements and acceptance criteria before each sprint; manage change via the roadmap.
• Decide what will not be built this sprint or quarter to maintain a coherent experience.
• Stay close to users' pain points; conduct discovery with advisors and hotel partners.
• Build working prototypes with AI tools to validate workflows before engineering commits.
• Translate user pain points into clear technical requirements with cost, impact, and effort.
