INGEPSY is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager in Bogotá, Colombia, to own the strategy and roadmap for Core Logistics products. You will translate complex logistics challenges into precise requirements for engineering, lead end-to-end initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.

You will work with AI-enabled approaches to optimize routing, capacity, and scheduling while leveraging data to guide prioritization and product decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience at senior level.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Proven track record with AI in product development or as a working methodology.
• Experience collaborating with engineering on technically complex products.
• Proficient in SQL and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Core Logistics products and capabilities.
• Translate business and operational challenges into clear product requirements for engineering.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration in logistics domains.
• Partner with Engineering to understand system constraints and tradeoffs; translate into actionable decisions.
• Communicate product vision and technical context to both engineering and business audiences.
• Prioritize across competing priorities and align teams on what matters most.
