MAJORITY, a global fintech team, seeks an Integrated Creative Designer for our Growth unit in Bogotá. You will craft scroll-stopping visual and audiovisual content for the U.S.

and Latin American markets, leveraging AI as a design tool to deliver assets that boost engagement and conversions. The role emphasizes high craft, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring 4+ years of design experience and strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Formación

• 4+ years of design, art direction, or creative production with a performance-driven marketing focus.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere, After Effects, etc.
• Demonstrated expertise using AI design tools to create production-ready assets for marketing campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop assets for multiple channels and formats with a focus on conversion.
• Use motion graphics to animate assets and create AI-generated video content.
• Collaborate on concepts and campaigns, proposing visual directions for execution.
• Maintain brand systems for consistency and creative flexibility.
• Research design trends and AI capabilities; document learnings to elevate assets.
• Partner with Creative Strategist and Growth Marketing Manager to meet objectives.
