Clara Lending Co. is seeking a Product Designer to collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning design strategies with business goals. You’ll blend design and AI tools, building flows and interfaces that work for users and the business, and contribute to the agentic design system.

You’ll own UX performance, ship fast with iterations, and advocate for clear, high-quality deliverables. This role supports a fast-growing B2B fintech platform across Latin America.

Formación

• Experience as a Product, UX, or Interaction Designer with end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on use of AI in design workflows and willingness to push boundaries.
• Experience with user research and usability testing to inform decisions.
• Bias for shipping with fast iterations and open refinement.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape product requirements.
• Conduct user research and testing, using AI for desk research and synthesis.
• Turn ambiguous problems into flows and interfaces for users and business.
• Use AI tools to go from idea to functional prototype in days.
• Ensure quality and consistency across deliverables and design system.
