MAJORITY in Miami seeks a Product Operations Analyst to optimize banking and telecom processes, integrate AI across operations, and collaborate with Product and Customer Service to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Based in our Wynwood office, you will monitor performance, drive adoption, and partner with Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to streamline workflows and reduce downtime. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required; knowledge of Python is a plus.

Formación

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and able to take ownership and make decisions.
• Passion for process improvement in user-facing roles.
• Experience with AI tools in operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor operational performance with Product and Engineering.
• Implement AI and automation to scale operations.
• Collaborate with CS to improve volume, resolution quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Product and Engineering to understand customer needs and protect customers.
• Lead communications with operational partners and providers.
• Support initiatives to reduce downtime and improve stability.
