MAJORITY is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to optimize banking and telecom workflows, integrate AI, and collaborate with Product and Customer Service teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Based in Bogotá, the role emphasizes cross-functional coordination and data-driven improvements in growth, payments, and services.

Formación
- Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
- Proactive, owns decisions and drives improvements.
- Interest in AI tools and operational automation.
- Experience in fintech operations or data analysis is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor operational performance of products and features with Product/Engineering teams.
- Implement AI and automation to scale operations and support the Escalations team.
- Collaborate with CS to improve volume, resolution quality and efficiency.
- Investigate customer behavior and detect patterns with Risk/Compliance/Product/Engineering teams.
- Lead communications with operational partners and providers.
- Help reduce downtime and implement automations.
