Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Data Scientist – AI, Predictive Intelligence & Agentic Solutions to join our Operations team in Bogotá. You will design and deploy predictive models, machine learning, and generative AI solutions that optimize core business workflows across Finance, CX, Sales, and Operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data science, strong Python/SQL skills, and hands-on experience with GCP, Vertex AI, BigQuery, and LLM APIs.

Formación

• 5+ years of data science or ML experience in enterprise settings.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and core ML techniques (Regression, Classification, NLP, Time Series).
• Experience with GCP stack: Vertex AI, BigQuery and LLM APIs.
• Experience deploying and monitoring production models (MLOps).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy predictive models for churn, collections, operational risk.
• Develop generative AI workflows and multi-agent solutions.
• Optimize AI economics balancing cost and latency.
• Collaborate with product and operations to roadmaps.
• Translate findings into BI dashboards.
