Qualifications

• Five+ years of engineering/technical experience in delivery roles.
• Two+ years in senior/team-lead roles.
• Experience leading teams of five+ FTE.
• Strong solution architecture understanding with AI tech knowledge.
• Hands-on project management across digital initiatives.
• Experience with cloud-based delivery environments.
• English communication at least B2 level.
• Nice to have product management credential.
