Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on coding and architecture.
• Experience orchestrating multi-agent workflows (planner, implementer, reviewer, tester).
• Expertise in verification pipelines with tests and type checks.
• Ability to challenge automated decisions and correct agent drift.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, tradeoffs, and correctness.
• Ability to write and ship production code independently.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Decompose work into specs and tasks that agents can execute.
• Supervise agent output by reading diffs and challenging decisions.
• Build verification into every loop with tests, linters, and type checks.
• Define acceptance criteria to validate agent-generated work.
• Own architectural decisions and design tradeoffs.
• Perform work by hand when needed to validate agent output.
• Tune the factory setup based on daily use.
• Measure success via shipped repos, defects caught, throughput, and code quality.
• Report on specs, tests, review outcomes, and production metrics.
