WON is seeking a role to design, operate, and continuously improve the AI-powered media engine behind the company’s content strategy. You will turn founder conversations, workshops, and strategy sessions into a steady stream of publish-ready content across major platforms.

The role sits inside Operational Intelligence and requires experience building end-to-end content operations, strong editorial judgment, and fluency with AI tools.

Qualifikationen

• Experience running a content or media operation end to end, in-house or agency, owning the pipeline.

Aufgaben

• Own the complete content production lifecycle: capture, intake, AI-assisted production, review, publishing, and searchable library.
• Coordinate editors and creative resources, review assets before publishing.
• Measure production velocity, turnaround time, quality and audience impact.
• Collaborate with technical team to design internal tooling for the pipeline.
• Build quality checks to ensure alignment with the company’s point of view and standards.
• Maintain a prioritized automation roadmap with quantified costs.
